·Multiple Packages

If your order includes multiple items, we may ship your order in multiple packages to ensure delivery time and product safety. There will be no additional shipping fee.

·Refused Packages

If your package can not be delivered, is unclaimed, or is refused, you will be responsible for the original and return shipping costs, taxes, and other local charges incurred on the package for both original and return shipments.

·Lost or Stolen Packages

• APMIR is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
• If your package tracking shows that your order was delivered to your address, but it is missing, you must report the loss to our customer service team within 1 week of delivery notification. Upon receiving your report, we will initiate an inquiry with our shipping carrier to identify and resolve the problem.
• APMIR is not liable for packages that are delivered to a wrong address due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.
